RPS accepts only bid - for $30 million - to rebuild Fox

When Richmond Public Schools put out a bid to rebuild Fox Elementary, which was destroyed in a fire last year, only one company bid on the project. On Monday night the Richmond School Board accepted the $30 million bid.
