At that time you know it was all bullshit these guys were actually really smart good guys with families and not what we expected so i started representing tito ortiz and Chuck Labelle at the time and through that i got a huge contract battle with the old owner bob meyer whats over tito ortiz his contract and one day he flipped out on me and said there is no more money i probably dont even have an open enough money to put one more event on and i was like damn we hung up the phone and i called the fertitta brothers and i go i think the u. F. C. Is in trouble and i think we can buy it and i think we should and we started the negotiations and a couple months later we own the u. F. C.
