What we saw was a lot of patrolling going on in africanamerican and latino communities meanwhile if you go to the wider sides of town those neighborhoods were also throwing parties they were also not social distancing they were not Wearing Masks and there was no penalty for them so what we see consistently is that those fines and fees that jail time it happens for minorities its not something thats equally applied across the board no no and its mere reminds me a lie thats the biggest fear with this kind of thing is the i dont think we should criminalize not Wearing Masks depending on what the situation maybe is if its like look like if you go in there without the mask on puts many many lives in danger maybe theres an argument to be made for criminalization of not wearing it in a specific instance maybe theres an argument i dont know but yeah to me this feels a lot like you know the enforcement would be like stop and frisk in new york you know nobodys stopping for a 2nd to find people carrying drugs or paraphernalia on wall street or what theyre doing down in harlem and.
