Rt 45 Fatal Accident Update 10:27 pm And out of Centre County a State College man charged in a deadly hit and run in April of 2020 had his court hearing continued Today. Police say Christopher Hort hit John King with his vehicle while King was on his scooter at the intersection of Route 45 and Paradise Road near Millheim. They say he then fled the scene with a heavily damaged vehicle. Court documents show Hort admitted to police four days after the incident that he believed he was involved in the crash.
