Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], August 15 (ANI): Almost two months after the RT-PCR testing scam during the Mahakumbh in Haridwar surfaced, an investigation report was been submitted to Haridwar District Magistrate Vinay Shankar Pandey on Sunday.
