It has been reported that he typically has a smoothie with bananas, berries and nuts pre-workout followed by avocado and eggs for breakfast. Lunch typically consists of salad with nuts and fish, and then it's roasted veggies and chicken for dinner. He also snacks on hummus, guacamole, or mixed nuts throughout the day. To hydrate, he drinks 12-25 glasses of water a day, and adds electrolytes to several of those glasses. But he's also good about not denying himself of cravings like bacon or pizza. But all of this said, Tom Brady and alcohol is rarely brought up in the same sentence.
