A Pulaski County man believed to have led a large-scale fentanyl distribution ring out of various motels in and around Little Rock was sentenced Thursday to 17½ years in federal prison in his second court appearance of the day at the Richard Sheppard Arnold U.S. District Courthouse in Little Rock.
