RUTLAND — A family dispute on Christmas Eve led to the arrest of a Rutland Town woman on multiple assault charges, according to the Vermont State Police. Troopers responded to a call at approximately 6:57 p.m. involving a domestic incident. Upon arrival, they determined that Melissa Knox, 56, had committed two counts of first-degree aggravated
