Phillipsburg, Jan 14 (Prensa Latina) Saint Martin (Sint Maarten) today began an era of collaborative governance with the decision of four minority parties to unite their seats in order to achieve the majority that will allow them to dominate Parliament and, consequently, lead the Executive.
