Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has declared an emergency in all districts along the coastal belt. “A control room should be established at the chief secretary's office to keep close coordination with all the districts, in respect of their requirements and giving them necessary instruction on behalf of the government,” he said during a meeting on Saturday.
