Samantha Jade's mother Jacqueline lost her battle to breast cancer six years ago. 
And on Thursday, the singer revealed she had been busy in the studio writing a song for her, in an Instagram post.
The 33-year-old shared a photo of herself with minimal makeup and cuddled up to her adorable puppy Banksy after putting her energy into penning the tribute for her mother.
