47abc Seaford needs two more wins to claim Henlopen South February 20, 2021 GREENWOOD, De- The Seaford Blue Jays got off to a slow start, but regained composure to win their seventh straight game– defeating Woodbridge 61-56 on Saturday afternoon. Sophomore guard Brent Ricketts scored a game-high 25 points to lead Seaford, with freshmen teammates Careen Bolden and Aviyan Matthews adding 12 and 8 points respectively. The Blue Jays trailed 14-2 after one quarter, but outscored Woodbridge 22-13 in the second quarter to trail by just three at the half. In the second half, Seaford went on a 14-0 run to close out the third quarter and take a double-digit lead into the fourth.
