Second Circuit Rules FCC Can Repeal Solicited Fax Rule : vim

Second Circuit—in a 2-1 decision—held that the D.C. Circuit’s decision in Bais Yaakov of Spring Valley v. Fed. Commc’ns Comm’n, is binding on all courts, including the Second Circuit, and that the FCC did not err by repealing the Solicited Fax Rule.
