Anthony Marshall Porter, a 27-year-old Ann Arbor man, was charged in connection to the armed robbery and shooting death of South Lyon teen Dylan Stamper. Porter was arraigned Wednesday in Novi’s 52-1 District Court on three felony charges of armed robbery and three felony charges of possessing a firearm in the commission of the alleged crime. Bond was denied, and Porter remains at the Oakland County Jail. Court documents explicitly say, even while behind bars, he is to have no contact with his co-defendant Fadi Zeineh and their victims. In legal jargon, court officials said Porter did use his firearm for force, violence, assault or to instill fear during a “larceny of money and/or marijuana” the night of the crime.
