Sena MLA moves HC against ECI decision for declaring vote in

Uniindia: Mumbai, June 13 (UNI) Shiv Sena MLA Suhas Kande on Monday moved the Bombay High Court challenging the Election Commission of India''s (ECI) decision declaring his vote as invalid after the BJP alleged that Kanade has violated the voting process during the last week''s Rajya Sabha elections .
