Senate approves bill condoning P14.499B of farmers' loans &#

The 24-member Senate on Monday, March 6, approved on third and final reading a measure that condones P14.499-billion in loans including interests, penalties, and surcharges of farmers who were awarded agricultural lands under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).
