Target Openings Job Description Summary Travelers is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Manager to join our organization as we grow and transform our technology landscape. This person will lead a team that’s creating a new web application for Travelers call center staff to self-manage their phone systems and call routing. This is an exciting opportunity to form and grow a new engineering team and build a net-new, cloud-based application that integrates with a leading contact center platform. The individual will direct the end to end engineering tasks that span many parts of a system including designing, developing, analyzing, configuring, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting, health monitoring/alerting, and implementing based on user or system specifications. We are looking for a hands-on manager with prior experience building full-stack applications, mentoring and managing others, and partnering with non-technical staff on new features and enhancements.
