Updated: 9:47 AM PST March 4, 2021 PORTLAND, Ore. — The Portland Police Bureau's (PPB) Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT) and the Crisis Negotiation Team responded to a North Portland neighborhood after someone possibly involved in a shooting ran into a garage on Thursday morning. Officers set up a perimeter around the location, in the area of North Houghton Street and North Fiske Avenue, just north of Lombard Street. After a search of the home and surrounding block, police did not find the suspect. Officers recovered a gun, but PPB said it's unclear if the gun was used in the shooting. Portland police said there are no known shooting victims.
