Officer Kendle Blackburn died Monday after a long fight with the virus. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel in Lebanon. The funeral is Saturday at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with a brief graveside service at Mt. Rose Memorial Park in Lebanon.
