SES ink satellite MoU with Kazakhstan Government Sign in with LinkedIn 3h | Natalie Bannerman Kazakhstan’s Republican Center for Space Communications (RCSC) and SES have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore satellite service agreements. As RCSC is a subsidiary of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, the collaboration aims to accelerate the country’s Digital Kazakhstan project. Specifically, RCSC will explore using SES’s O3b mPOWER constellation scheduled to launch in the third quarter of 2021. The medium earth orbit, O3b mPOWER system is capable of delivering dedicated services at multiple gigabits per second.
