Shall be compelled to issue arrest warrant: HC Kohima Bench

The Gauhati Kohima Bench, on Friday, stated that it would be left with “with no option but to issue a warrant of arrest” against three Nagaland Government health officials if they continue to neglect the notification issued by the Court.
