SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) – A Sheboygan man appears in Sheboygan County Court this week after a stabbing that left a man in the hospital.  Court documents charge Kevin Yurk with Felony 1st Degree Reckless Injury, Felony Battery, and Disorderly Conduct.
On May 25, 2020, police were called to a home on Martin Avenue for a stabbing.  The victim says Yurk confronted him about $100 he said he owed him.  When Yurk arrived at the home, the victim says he stabbed him in the arm and somehow managed to slash his foot.  Medical records show both injuries required stitches.
Yurk is facing up to 25 years in prison if he’s found guilty.
