Sheila Fleming: Investing in the next generation Published: 2/23/2021 10:18:17 PM In the years since its founding in 1974, Northampton Dollars for Scholars has provided more than 3,600 scholarship awards to students residing in Northampton, Florence and Leeds who are continuing their education beyond high school. This year, as part of our community outreach, the Northampton Dollars for Scholars will be including a message in the city census mailing seeking support. Your financial gift will not only support our annual appeal and our pledge to be “the community behind our students” but it will contribute to the legacy of many community members we honor with named scholarships.
