(WMBF) â One person is in custody after a 4-year-old child was shot Sunday night in Darlington County, according to the sheriff. Darlington County Sheriff James Hudson said the shooting happened in the Lynches River Road area around 5:30 p.m. Hudson confirmed that Chadron Green was arrested in connection to the case. He is charged with neglect by legal custodian, obstructing justice and marijuana possession. Hudson did not have an update on the childâs condition.
