(KSLA) — All lanes of eastbound Interstate 20 are back open to traffic in the wake of a shooting that sent a pickup driver to a hospital with life-threatening gunshot wounds, authorities say. Eastbound I-20 was closed at Hearne Avenue in Shreveport due to an accident, the state highway department reported at 2:19 p.m. Tuesday. Traffic was being detoured via Hearne Avenue.
