Accompanied by their families, friends and relatives, the shortlisted Specialist Cadet candidates reported to the Kenya Military Academy (KMA) in Lanet, Nakuru County for recruitment today. The Chief of Personnel Brigadier Gatia Maroa welcomed the candidates and addressed them on the need to observe COVID-19 protocols throughout the process. “Before anything else, we will start with rapid Corona Virus tests and everybody should strictly adhere to the COVID-19 protocols outlined by the Ministry of Health,” he emphasized. Brig Maroa further stressed that the checkup were only a precautionary measure and would not be used as a ground for disqualifying candidates.
