Simon C. Winker MRICS is the new Head of Project Development at PKF hospitality group. In the newly created position, his main task is to provide expert support to clients throughout the entire cycle of a hotel project development. This includes, in particular, the preparation of room and function programs, architect briefings, planning optimisations, investment cost estimates, interior design tenders and ongoing project monitoring.
