Six Livermore Falls residents to vie for two contested selectman's terms in June

LIVERMORE FALLS — Voters will consider two contested selectmen’s races on June 8 at the annual election of town officials, and a proposed $2.73 million municipal budget.
The polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town Office.
Incumbent Heather Bronish, Jim Long and Sheila Scanlon are seeking one, two-year term on the Board of Selectmen. William Kenniston, incumbent Nixon Ortiz and Josh Tainter will vie for one, three-year seat on the board.
Phoebe Pike is unchallenged in her bid seeking reelection to a three-year term on the Regional School Unit 73 board. The district serves Livermore Falls, Jay and Livermore.
