The dead ranged in age from their 60s to 90s and included one person in the Winnipeg health region, three people from Southern Health-Santé Sud, one person in Interlake-Eastern and one person in Northern. Two of the Southern Health-Santé Sud deaths were linked to an outbreak at the Rock Lake Hospital in Crystal City. The new cases include 118 in Northern, 74 in Winnipeg, 61 in Interlake-Eastern, 16 in Southern Health-Santé Sud and 16 in Prairie Mountain Health. There are 259 people in hospital as a result of COVID-19, of whom 108 have active cases. Of those in hospital, 39 are in intensive care.
