SLDC sales and marketing manager Estela Aguilos in a phone interview shared that they have planned out their strategies for the year to both grow the business and help their agents and buyers in this trying time. “We recognize that all of us are facing hardships especially on our finances but we still want to be of help to those who still want to achieve their dream houses,” she said. Aguilos said they already adjusted their paying schemes to make it more friendly to its buyers and prospective investors.
