Small dairy farms face struggles across the Coulee Region :

Monroe County has held an annual Dairy Breakfast for more than four decades. Breakfast Committee chair, Keith Giraud, says finding a location for the event in recent years has been challenging, due to the number of family owned farms decreasing.
