Snow and wind are factors in deadly Rubicon car crash RUBICON, Wis. (CBS 58) --- A 40-year-old Neosho man is dead after a two vehicle crash near Jefferson Road in Rubicon Saturday, Dec. 12. Dodge County Sheriff's Office say it happened around 12:30 p.m. on STH 60, three miles west of Hartford. According to officials, a 40-year-old Neosho man was driving eastbound when he lost control and entered the westbound lane. The car was then struck by a westbound vehicle driven by a 50-year-old Horicon man and occupied by his 11-year-old son. The Neosho man was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
