Solano libraries opening by appointment starting Friday FAIRFIELD — Solano County library branches will open to the public – by appointment – starting Friday. The announcement came Monday after the state lifted the regional stay-at-home order, and with it, lifting many of the restrictions on public and private services. The branches will be open between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday beginning next week, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. The Fairfield Civic Center Library, John F.
