The blackouts forced some Valley residents to go without water for days. 89-year-old Macrio Mireles and his son Trinidad have lived in the same South Alamo neighborhood all their lives. This week, they didn't just lose power they say they've also been impacted by the loss of water too. Trinidad says they had not heard from Military Highway Water Supply Corporation (MHWSC), their service provider, even after eight days without service.
