The South Orange-Maplewood Education Association (SOMEA), which represents the teachers of the South Orange Maplewood School District, released a statement yesterday saying that Rocio Lopez, union president, was “accosted and verbally abused” by a person “by someone who identified themselves as a parent” during her visit to get her second vaccine.
