South Hadley search for new town administrator on hiatus after three of the four finalists withdraw from consideration Updated 11:57 AM; SOUTH HADLEY – The search for a new town administrator to replace Michael Sullivan, who plans to retire June 30, is on hiatus following the withdrawal of three of the four finalists who had been under consideration for the job, that was advertised with a salary of about $140,000 per year. A total of 20 had applied, and the search committee had selected four finalists to be publicly interview by South Hadley Selectboard. According to Bernard F. Lynch, the founder and principal at Community Paradigm Associates, LLC, who was contracted by South Hadley to help direct the search process, two of the four finalists withdrew prior to last week’s meeting, when two finalists were publicly disclosed for the first time.
