South River COVID-19 update SOUTH RIVER–The South River Police Department has been notified by the Middlesex County Health Department that 826 total residents have tested positive for COVID-19 since its onset. Officials have been informed that 13 residents have passed away from COVID-19 since March, according to a statement released on Dec. 22.
