HARPERSFIELD TOWNSHIP — The new hotel at Spire Institute is still in the plans for the first quarter of the year, said Co-Manager Richard O'Dell.
O'Dell said there have been several delays due to regulatory issues that have to be worked out.
"All the architects and engineers continue to work on the project," he said.
