The Spirit Lake Chamber of Commerce popped by Bloomsie Floral Studio in Spirit Lake — 814 Lake St. — on Thursday to welcome the business as a new member. Owners Stephanie and Dustin Bailey opened the shop in July, after renovating the building to suit their vision. Their business actually began as part of the seasonal Farmers Market in the Park, and the Baileys said that venture helped them test the waters and see there was growing community interest in a locally owned flower shop boutique.
