Splunk CTO Tully Set To Step Down, Company Confirms Departure follows other high-level management changes at the ‘Data-to-Everything’ technology developer in the last year. By Rick Whiting April 15, 2021, 08:53 PM EDT Splunk CTO and senior vice president Tim Tully is resigning and leaving the company effective May 4, Splunk confirmed Thursday. Tully has been Splunk’s CTO since August 2017. Splunk first disclosed Tully’s coming departure in a Form 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The April 15 filing said Tully informed Splunk on April 9 of his decision to resign and that he will depart the company effective May 4.
