Cornwall had become an epicentre of sorts for COVID-19 news and all its attendant worries, as a group of Canadians who’d been passengers on the Diamond Princess cruise ship completed their 14-day quarantine at the Nav Centre. By all accounts it was a pretty ho-hum experience—no one tested positive for the disease while here, and despite the inconveniences of another quarantine, visitors lauded the professionalism and attention given by those charged with their care.
