Standard Life launches overhaul of advice business tech By Michael Klimes 13 Standard Life has launched a programme to enhance the technology across its advice business. The Adviser Experience Programme will deliver a series of new features and advice solutions throughout 2021 and 2022. The enhancements are designed to make it easier for advisers to support clients and run their business. The programme has four areas of focus: digital experience, client reporting and business intelligence, advice solutions and customer service infrastructure. Forthcoming is an Amazon Web Services based contact centre that will be rolled out over the summer. It aims to support operations teams in delivering a fully flexible service at scale to advisers.
