State case was speculation, exaggeration –Morupisi :

The Botswana Patriotic Front (BPF) aspiring parliamentary candidate, Carter Morupisi, says he is entitled to acquittal from his conviction because the High Court’s findings were based on speculation and an obvious exaggeration.
