Updated: 2:19 PM EST Dec 15, 2020 Maryland State Police are investigating the death of a state prison inmate Monday in Anne Arundel County.State police identified the deceased as Terry Proctor, 32, a state prison inmate serving time at the Dorsey Run Correctional Institution in Jessup. The medical examiner will determine a cause and manner of death.Police said investigators identified another inmate as a potential suspect, but the inmate has yet to be charged.
