Police say Michael Bennett was last seen walking barefoot in the area of A Street in Teagarden Homes in Morgan Township.
He is 4-foot tall with blonde hair. He was last seen wearing black shorts with a green stripe down the side and a black Under Armour shirt with a red-checkered design.
Police believe he may be at special risk of harm or injury.
