State Testing on April 21 & 28 State Testing on April 21 & 28 State Testing on April 21 & 28 Posted on 04/06/2021 Mandated state testing has remained unchanged for the 2020-21 school year. This year 9th and 10th grade students will be required to take the ACT Aspire (9th & 10th graders) & Forward Exam (10th graders). The goal of Aspire is to identify learning gaps early on to help students stay on track for college readiness, while also preparing students for the content on the ACT that is taken junior year. Both exams are given completely online, students will use their Chromebooks and with an in-person format. West will be holding these testing sessions on Wednesday, April 21st and 28th in our homeroom settings.
