Leading Saudi telecom group stc has delivered solid results for the first half of the year with its net profit soaring to SR6.1 billion ($1.6 billion), up 4.2% over last year, while its revenue recorded a 8.2% growth to hit SR36.5 billion ($9.7 billion).
