He was accompanied by his mother just 24 hours after police sent out a warrant for his arrest for an attempted carjacking that killed 71-year-old Richard Sciascia. News10NBC spoke to Sciascia's step-daughter, Emily Austin, about how she felt about the arrest. "They took a life, but they actually took their own because now they'll spend it behind bars,” Austin said. Anthony Jacobs Austin says a second arrest has given her family the mindset to really start healing. "I pray that wherever they end up, that they get rehabilitation and that they realize what they've done that's the key, to comprehend what they've done,” Austin said.
