Wicked Local Submitted by your friends at the Stoneham Historical Society & Museum This time of the year in New England is easily recognized by "new beginnings" ushered in with warmer temperatures, spring flowers and trees starting to bloom, shedding of heavy winter trappings and heightened optimism for better days ahead. The many lawn signs around town indicate that our community is poised for elections for various government positions as well as informing voters of Warrant Articles for the upcoming May Town Meeting. Though current events may alter the protocol, the processes of planning ahead and having people in place to sustain our town's viability continues to remain critically important. Thankfully that privilege endures.
