BRATTLEBORO â Just before going home for the Christmas break this week, preschool students from Saint Michael Catholic School âtook a field tripâ across the street to the church, Saint Michael Parish, to enjoy the life-sized nativity scene on display outdoors. As 3-year-olds, getting a chance to walk outside and across the street to the church was quite exciting. They then took some time in the church to read about the birth of Jesus and discuss the meanings and symbols of Christmas.
